Preparing to connect..

You need an AkiCloud account.

Please contact Admin to create one.

AkiWorkflow members can connect AkiWF_2TB drive using AkiWorkflow account.

Connect to AkiCloud on MacOS

You can connect AkiCloud via afp or smb protocol, macos finder has built-in both of these protocols.
We recommend using AFP (Apple Filing Protocol) for some native Finder features such as "Tag".

Activate Finder app (by click anywhere on desktop or Finder icon in Dock)
Click menu Go -> "Connect to Server.."
or press keycommand "Command + K"
Type: "afp://cloud.akivn.net"
Provide your AkiCloud UserName and Password (not your Mac username)
You can checked "Remember" for faster connection on the next time.
Choose Drive you need to connect in list available
You can choose multiple Drive to mount.

Connect to AkiCloud on Windows

Windows Explorer has built-in SMB protocol.

Right click at Windows icon (or press keycommand Window + X).
Choose Run" in context menu.
You can open "Run Dialog" directly by press keycommand Window + R
Type: "\\cloud.akivn.net"
Choose Drive (as Folder) you need to connect in list available.
Provide your AkiCloud UserName and Password (not your Windows username)
You can checked "Remember" for faster connection on the next time.

Connect to AkiCloud on Linux

Most Linux distributions have built-in SMB client support. Here's how to connect:

Open your File Manager (Nautilus in Ubuntu/GNOME, Dolphin in KDE, etc.)
Look for a "Connect to Server" option in the menu or sidebar
Enter "smb://cloud.akivn.net" as the server address
Provide your AkiCloud UserName and Password
The shared drives will appear as mounted folders in your file manager

Connect to AkiCloud on Android

Find any samba client app on CH Play (keyword: "SMB" or "Samba")
Find "Remote" or "Network" feature
Provide these information:
Host: "cloud.akivn.net"
Username: Your Username or choose [ "Anonymous" or "Guest" ] MODE

Connect to AkiCloud on iPhone

Open the Files app to get started. It’s pre-installed on all iPhone and iPads.
Tap the “Browse” tab at the bottom of iPhone screen, or look under the Browse sidebar on iPad
Tap the “…” More icon, it looks like three dots in a row and is shown in our screenshot.
Tap “Connect to Server.” from the options.
Enter the network address "cloud.akivn.net"
